Job Title: Deputy General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our Transformation Unit at University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of clinical and non-clinical staff, providing exceptional care to patients and delivering high-quality services across our two acute sites.

As a trusted leader, you will be responsible for driving performance, improving patient outcomes, and ensuring the delivery of our clinical strategies.

You will work closely with our General Manager and wider team to develop and implement innovative solutions to meet the needs of our patients and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of clinical and non-clinical staff

Requirements
  • Significant experience working in a senior manager post
  • Successful track record of managing change in a complex environment
