About the Role:

  • Develop close relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and our supply chain to ensure continuous supply and delivery of target availability
  • Take responsibility for achieving key performance indicators (sales, stock, margin, and markdown)
  • Analyze sales forecasts based on historical data, seasonal trends, and market trends
  • Monitor weekly performance and recommend in-season plans to deliver target availability across the store estate

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Merchandising, preferably in consumer goods, technology, non-fashion, or a fashion-related sector
  • A relevant degree or equivalent, such as Marketing, Merchandising, Retail, or Business
  • Knowledge of merchandise planning systems, e.g., SAP, Compass Planning, or similar
  • Experience with business objects
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
