Senior Quantity Surveyor Position

H.W. Martin Group is seeking a highly experienced and skilled quantity surveyor to join their team.
The successful candidate will have a degree in a related field and extensive experience in quantity surveying, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress
- Prepare and analyze financial reports
- Develop and implement risk management strategies
Requirements:
- Degree in a related field (e.g., quantity surveying, construction management)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in quantity surveying
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and project management skills
Salary: Competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience
