Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our team at Miller & Carter - Solihull. As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of chefs to achieve high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food ordering, and stock control.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
