Health and Safety Management Specialist

Harbourne Associates is a rapidly growing company with a turnover of £100 million, seeking an experienced Health and Safety Management Specialist to sustain its growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to work in a dynamic environment.
Job Description- Develop, implement, and maintain safety, health, environmental, and quality management systems.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on safety and environmental issues.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to safety and environmental performance.
- Promote a positive safety culture within the company through effective communication and recognition of achievements.
- Ideally hold a recognised health & safety qualification such as NEBOSH construction or equivalent.
- Proven experience in safety and environmental management systems, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
- Must have a full UK driving license.
