Job DescriptionCommunication Support Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Communication Support Assistant to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited. This is an excellent opportunity to work with students who require additional communication support in a welcoming school in Kingston.
About the Position:
As a Communication Support Assistant, you will work closely with students who need additional communication support, assisting them in accessing the curriculum and enhancing their social interactions. You will collaborate with teachers and speech and language therapists to implement tailored exercises and communication strategies that help students express themselves confidently and improve their language skills.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Provide support to students in developing their communication skills, including verbal and non-verbal communication
  • Assist students in accessing the curriculum and enhancing their social interactions
  • Collaborate with teachers and speech and language therapists to implement tailored exercises and communication strategies
