About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a female support worker in one of our clients' supported living homes in Cambridge, UK.
Responsibilities:
- Support vulnerable service users with daily care activities, including personal care, meal times, and community outings.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support.
- Develop and maintain accurate records to ensure a safe and respectful environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
