Administrative and Customer Care Professional

We are seeking an administrative and customer care professional to join our team at Austin Fraser in Ashton-Under-Lyne. As a temporary customer service administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and resolving queries related to various council services.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service, strong IT skills, and the ability to multitask and communicate effectively on the phone. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Provide information and advice to residents/service users.
- Deal with queries related to council tax, housing benefit, and tax support.
- Help with housing benefit claims.
- Support applications for blue badges.
