We are seeking a qualified Facilities Operations Technician to join our team in Hinckley. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance engineering and relevant industry experience.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This will involve:

  • Maintenance and repair of plant and equipment
  • Carrying out routine inspections and tests
  • Identifying and reporting potential safety hazards

Benefits and Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £46,000 per annum, plus overtime pay rates of 1.3x for Monday to Friday, 1.5x for Saturday, and 2x for Sunday. Our benefits package includes 23 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays, pension scheme, and flexible working arrangements.

Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A strong educational background in maintenance engineering or a related field
  • Relevant industry experience, ideally in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
