Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to work in a mainstream secondary school in Brent. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and supporting identified students in 1:1, group or whole class situations.

About the Position:
This role requires a dedicated individual who can ensure student safety and access to learning in a purposeful and supportive environment. You will be working with young people with challenging behaviors and must have experience in supporting SEN students in a mainstream setting.

Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of strategies for working with young people with challenging behaviors and the ability to start immediately. A salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum is on offer for this position.
