Codex is a dynamic company that values innovation and excellence. We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Performance Management Analyst to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining OneStream within planning & budgeting, working closely with the Finance Systems Manager and reporting directly into them.

This is a remote role with occasional travel to the office for team days and critical meetings. Some key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and enhancing usage of OneStream across the group
  • Providing technical systems support for the groups' reporting teams' process improvement activities
  • Acting as the lead for any further implementation activities
  • Running workshops with finance teams, identifying month-end close processes, and training staff on the use of OneStream when needed

We are looking for someone with 2+ years' experience working with Finance Systems, preferably with OneStream skills but also considering other planning solutions like Oracle.

A good understanding of data flows, processes, and business models is essential, along with strong stakeholder management skills.

Estimated salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year.
