About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing professional to join our team at OneDome. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a bold, creative marketing strategy across B2C and B2B2C channels to drive growth and brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our vision and goals.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to create marketing campaigns that drive results.
  • Take ownership of digital campaigns, email automation, PR, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance and leadership to achieve aggressive growth targets.
  • Define OneDome's market positioning, ensuring consistent messaging and communications that resonate with our target audience.
About You

We are looking for a talented and experienced Marketing professional with a proven track record of designing and delivering successful digital marketing campaigns in both B2C and B2B2C environments. You should have a strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, advertising, and digital marketing.

You will be a strategic thinker and an executor, able to deliver results today, not tomorrow. You will bring fresh, innovative ideas and be able to communicate them effectively as part of an executive team. You will have experience managing and scaling marketing teams, offering strong leadership and oversight.
