Job Title: Senior Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team at Compass UK & Ireland. This is a part-time role, contracted to 12 hours per week.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our food services meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. As a Senior Kitchen Operations Manager, you will oversee inventory management, kitchen cleaning responsibilities, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

You will also be responsible for supporting with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts, representing Compass UK & Ireland and maintaining a positive brand image, and identifying opportunities to improve our food services.

To succeed in this role, you will need to hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent qualification, have experience supervising a team, and have a flexible approach to working.

An estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
