About the Job:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified nurse to work as a Shift Nurse in various locations across England, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
The Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a minimum of 6 months paid experience in an acute nursing environment within a hospital in the last 3 years and be registered with the NMC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing direct patient care and supporting the care team
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve patient outcomes
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of policies and procedures
