Job Title: Community Support Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced Community Support Team Manager to lead our teams in providing high-quality support services to individuals with complex needs in the Lincoln area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide supportive line management to a team of approximately 20 Support Workers.
  • Utilize data, research, and innovation to identify opportunities to improve performance and service delivery.

  • Engage team members in regular supervision and annual appraisal.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience in operations management with the Health and Social Care industry.
  • A person-centred approach to customer service.
  • Strong understanding of the issues faced by people with learning disability and/or mental health/complex needs.
  • Ability and willingness to work flexibly, including some night, evening, and weekend shifts.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a suitable vehicle.
