About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Collections Advisor to join our Specialist Customer Support Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping our customers overcome financial challenges and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers experiencing financial difficulties
  • Use empathy and strong communication skills to understand customer circumstances and agree on suitable solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and Capital One policies to ensure compliance
  • Remain customer-focused and prioritize their needs in every decision
  • Support customers through challenging and sensitive situations, taking into account any vulnerabilities
  • Signpost customers to additional support resources and use your judgment to determine the best outcome for each customer

We're looking for a natural problem solver with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You should be resilient, a team player, and committed to acting with integrity and respect for our customers and colleagues.
