Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct consultations with clients to understand their immigration needs and provide expert advice on the best course of action.
  • Prepare and submit complex immigration applications, including appeals and judicial reviews, to the UKVI.
  • Manage a caseload of clients, converting enquiries into new business opportunities.
  • Advise clients on the relevant documents required for UK visas and immigration processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest changes in UK Immigration Law and ensure that clients are aware of any changes that may affect their immigration status.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an OISC advisor or Solicitor, with a strong track record of success in immigration law.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate complex information to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • License to practice law in the jurisdiction.
