Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Health and Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team in the regional programmes division. The successful candidate will work with prisoners aged 18 and over to deliver wellbeing and recovery interventions.

About the Role

The role involves working within an integrated healthcare framework to provide holistic recovery and health and wellbeing services. This includes delivering wellbeing and recovery interventions, structured programmes, and facilitating therapeutic groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive assessments and design SMART care plans for service users.
  • Facilitate therapeutic groups and deliver wellbeing interventions across the region.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth delivery of services in multiple locations.
Requirements
  • Experience of delivering wellbeing interventions and facilitating therapeutic groups.
  • Knowledge of accredited treatment programmes and commitment to the 12-step process of recovery from addiction.
  • A full UK driver's license.
