Financial Planning Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our fast-paced team near Chester, Cheshire. As a Financial Planning Assistant, you will provide exceptional support to ensure clients and colleagues receive a professional service. You will utilize various back-office systems to deliver your workflow responsibilities in this full-time, permanent role.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a high-quality client experience at all times.
  • Prepare client meeting documents.
  • Support and complete LOA processes.
  • Process new business submissions, fund switching, and ISAs.
  • Maintain data input accuracy for internal systems.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls with clients, providers, and contractors.
  • Produce and send letters.
  • Prepare fact finds and workflow Info Inbox tasks.
  • Provide premises support and maintain professional standards.
  • Liaise with product providers and third parties.
  • Identify improvements to systems and work processes.
Requirements:
  • A proven record in a financial services administration role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong IT and systems skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Professional telephone answering and client relationship skills.
