**Job Description:** Administration Liaison Officer

 

We are looking for a skilled Administration Liaison Officer to join our team in Cirencester. The successful candidate will provide administration support to the wider team, liaising with customers and resolving queries while maintaining accuracy and compliance at all times.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administration support to the team when required.
  2. Liaise with customers and resolve queries.
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  4. Contact candidates by telephone and email to chase outstanding information.
  5. Send out application forms and follow up.

 

About This Role:

  • Prior experience in a Customer Service or Administration role is essential.
  • A strong communication style and ability to relate to people at all levels.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize your workload effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Fully competent with Microsoft Office.
