Job Title: Director of Permaculture Design

At Corporate Office - UK (London), we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Permaculture Design to join our team. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will play a crucial role in driving our commitment to environmental responsibility and promoting eco-friendly practices throughout our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sustainable design principles and practices for our resorts and hotels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with our sustainability goals and brand standards.
  • Lead the development of landscape concepts and ensure their implementation, including Earth Lab and composting initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to project teams, ensuring successful project delivery and on-site training.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key community organizations and representatives, identifying opportunities for enhancing existing or adding new partnerships.
  • Drive innovation for resource efficiency and encourage progressive methods for composting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in organic agriculture, landscape architecture, or a closely-related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a permaculture-related role or landscape architecture within hospitality, with proven results.
  • Solid understanding of the latest trends and techniques in permaculture, with the ability to successfully implement sustainability initiatives.
  • Advanced MS Office and Outlook platforms, with excellent command of written and spoken English and adaptability to local languages and customs.
