Job Title: Brand & Digital Senior Designer

We are seeking a talented and versatile Digital Design Manager to join our team at Zebra People. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and be able to rebrand across various platforms, including the website and social media.

This role is pivotal in enhancing the digital presence and ensuring the brand stands out in the marketplace. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading digital design projects to create a cohesive and innovative brand image
  • Collaborating closely with key stakeholders to align design efforts with company goals
  • Developing and implementing design strategies that enhance user experience and engagement
  • Overseeing the end-to-end design process, from conceptualisation to final execution

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in digital design, demonstrated through a strong portfolio that shows their design process and creative flair
  • Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
  • Experience creating animations for brands
  • The ability to clearly articulate their design ideas and work collaboratively
