Poker Dealer Job Description

Grosvenor Casinos is seeking a skilled Poker Dealer to join our team at Didsbury. As a key member of our gaming floor, you will be responsible for dealing a successful and entertaining poker game, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.



Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests warmly and provide a professional and efficient service
  • Live our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an excellent quality experience
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and card room supervisor
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for guests
  • Maintain the security of the game, cash, and assets
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations, particularly licensing conditions and safer gambling


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent technical skills, including dealing, chips skills, and bet calculation. You should also be able to interact with guests in a range of ways, consistent with their experience and ability in the game.
