About the Role

Grosvenor Casino, Didsbury is seeking a skilled Poker Dealer to join our team. As a key member of our gaming floor, you will be responsible for dealing a successful and entertaining poker game, ensuring a memorable experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers warmly into the business and provide a professional and efficient service.
  • Live our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide dynamic and efficient service.
  • Deliver an excellent quality experience by evaluating individual needs and acting upon this information.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and card room supervisor.
  • Create an environment of community and fun.
  • Maintain the security of the game, cash, and assets.
  • Ensure proactive compliance with all regulations, particularly for licensing conditions, and safer gambling.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and experience of working successfully in a hospitality role.
  • Previous experience working as a poker dealer is preferred.
  • Fanatical about delivering unrivalled customer experience.
  • Ability to collaborate with the wider business.
  • Comfortable with change and ability to embrace new ways of working.
  • Good interpersonal skills and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to work shifts at any time of the day, including weekends and bank holidays.
