About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Accor. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our restaurant and bar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to our guests.
  • Supervise the team on duty to ensure they complete all duties and tasks, and provide the best possible guest experience.
  • Assist the manager in all areas of the Food and Beverage Department, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff training.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure consistency and quality in our operations.
  • Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, as well as full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude, able to work effectively under pressure and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must already have the right to work in the UK.
