Key Responsibilities:- Process Planning: Develop and implement detailed production plans to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- Production Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations and meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Facility Layout and Equipment: Design and implement optimal facility layouts and equipment configurations to support production processes.
- Process Analysis and Improvement: Conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements to reduce downtime, resolve quality concerns, and optimize production cycle times.
- Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality products.
- Supplier Management: Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless production operations.
- Education: Relevant manufacturing or engineering degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Proven experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
