Job Title: Sales Representative
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at T. Quality Ltd. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, driving customer satisfaction, and managing orders with accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Drive customer satisfaction to ensure customer calls and queries are managed effectively and efficiently
- Manage and place orders for new and existing customers, whilst maintaining accuracy
- Assist customers in choosing a range of products and services
- Take ownership of admin tasks, whilst making recommendations for service improvements
