About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Pursuits Sales Expert to join our team at Adobe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving Adobe's long-term revenue growth and profitability through larger and more strategic customer transformation commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies for complex deals, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Nurture a pipeline of forecasted sales to meet and exceed quarterly and annual quota objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage the entire sales cycle, from opportunity assessment to deal closure.
  • Facilitate detailed opportunity assessments and develop end-to-end program strategies to drive business outcomes.
  • Conduct proactive gap analysis to identify risks and opportunities within each deal cycle, providing recommendations to sales leadership.
  • Lead opportunity communications and ensure fluid horizontal and vertical alignment across stakeholders.
  • Partner with ecosystem resources to identify and track workstreams within the account, facilitating communications and driving alignment.
  • Manage a range of deliverables, including translating enterprise architecture into financial structures, competitive analysis, and negotiation strategies.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' prior enterprise-level outside software experience, preferably within web technology and/or digital marketing solutions.
  • Experience working in highly matrixed organizations, with cross-functional stakeholders, focused on realizing and measuring key objectives within a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate analysis and insights into actionable business plans.
  • Proven track record of success and a history of exceeding quota.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and fluid deadlines.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
