About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and welcoming individual to support the Clee nursing team and admin covering both wards as a Security Receptionist.


Key Responsibilities

  • Front of house for Clee building, requiring a kind, welcoming and helpful individual to greet all staff, visitors and service users.
  • Support the nursing teams on both wards with ordering items, scanning confidential documents and managing the car diary.
  • Ensure smooth flow for staff, patients and visitors both entering and exiting the building.
  • Manage Clees car diary and inform nursing team when service users have returned to the unit from unescorted leave.
  • Order items on e-procurement and keep up to date on mandatory and essential training.
  • Use Microsoft on a daily basis including word, excel and teams.

What We Offer

As a Security Receptionist, you will be part of a team that supports the security of the unit, ensuring all staff, service users and visitors are safe and adhere to the restrictions of entering the unit.


This role requires a kind, welcoming and helpful individual to manage the reception area and support the nursing teams on both wards.


You will be responsible for ensuring smooth flow for staff, patients and visitors both entering and exiting the building, as well as managing Clees car diary and informing nursing team when service users have returned to the unit from unescorted leave.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of working in a similar role or discipline, have an understanding of a range of work procedures, and be able to work on a diverse range of duties and tasks in a busy and challenging reception area.


You will also need to be able to present concise and relevant information, maintain accurate, accessible records both hard copies and computer based, and be able to keep up to date on mandatory and essential training.
