Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our client's team in a luxury retail environment. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, driving sales and profitability, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership
    • Support and motivate the in-store team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and have a positive shopping experience.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Sales and Profitability
    • Drive sales growth and profitability through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
    • Ensure that the store is always well-stocked, visually appealing, and meets company standards.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
