Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Human Resource Graduate to join our dynamic team at Williams Racing. As an HR Graduate, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment, development, and engagement of our workforce.
About the Role:Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the attraction, assessment, and hiring of top talent through the creation of job descriptions, conducting interviews, and making data-driven hiring decisions.
- Analyzing HR metrics, tracking performance, and providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Providing exceptional customer service to employees and stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- An analytical mindset with a keen interest in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
