Human Resources Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and making data-driven hiring decisions.
- Analyse HR metrics, track performance, and help make informed decisions based on data insights.
- Work closely with the HR Department to ensure that we have the right people in the right roles, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Analytical mindset with a keen interest in data-driven decision-making.
- Any prior experience in HR, whether through internships, placements, or part-time roles, is highly desirable but not essential.
