About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Site Assurance Specialist to join our team in Worcester. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction work is carried out to the highest standards, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring work in progress to ensure compliance with project specifications
  • Identifying and addressing any potential issues or concerns
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to project managers and contractors
  • Evaluating drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification in construction or a related field
  • Experience working in high-risk building cladding remediation or construction
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
