Job Title: Part Time Administrator

Smart City Recruiters Ltd is seeking an experienced SHEQ Administrator to join our team based in Bellshill. Due to a planned expansion, our client is looking for a skilled professional to provide administrative support to the SHEQ Manager and the wider business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a full range of administrative support to the SHEQ Manager and the wider business, including producing information, reports, and maintaining documented registers and records.
  • Operate office databases/systems and process relevant documents in a timely manner.
  • Produce business SHEQ performance reviews as required.
  • Resolve internal and external enquiries providing written, telephone, or face-to-face responses as appropriate.
  • Support the business-critical training Matrix working closely with the internal training provision.
  • Must be IT literate with experience of Microsoft Office.
Requirements:
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Previous construction office experience would be an advantage.
  • Full UK driving licence would be an advantage.
