Senior Care Lead

We are seeking a Senior Care Lead to join our team at Bupa Global. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of care assistants and ensuring that residents receive high-quality care. The ideal candidate will have completed an NVQ3 in care and have experience in a similar role.

About the Role:
  • Salary: £12.72 per hour depending on experience
  • Job Type: Permanent
  • Location: Newton Court, Cheshire CW10 9BJ
About You:
  1. You will have completed or be working towards an NVQ3 in care
  2. You will have experience in a similar role, with a focus on delivering high-quality care to residents
  3. You will be able to lead a team of care assistants and ensure that they receive the training and support they need
  4. You will be able to build relationships with residents, their families, and external teams such as GPs and District Nurses
