**Job Overview**

We are looking for a talented Derivatives Credit Manager to join our risk management team at Barclays. In this role, you will be responsible for managing counterparty credit risk across our trading book, including real-time calibration of initial margin and collateral haircut requirements, and portfolio risk analysis and stress-testing.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in derivatives and securities financing products, with experience in traded product risk management. You will also have exposure to development of market/credit risk models and methodologies, and a good understanding of regulatory risk capital requirements, models, and metrics.

We offer a salary of $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Strong track record in market/counterparty credit risk management with a leading Investment Bank and/or financial institution.
  • Degree in Finance, Engineering or similar quantitative field, potentially to a Masters level.
