Job Title: Administrator / Digital Print Operator

Harrison Scott Associates is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Digital Print Operations Coordinator. This role will be based at one of their client's sites in Glasgow and will be responsible for the full end-to-end process of each job.

This dual-function style role will require you to predominantly work as an administrator for the client's onsite printroom. You will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of orders through the online ordering system, estimating jobs, and either producing them through the print room or through partnered suppliers.

As a Digital Print Operations Coordinator, you will also be required to provide backup/holiday support for the onsite printroom operator. This will involve printing, guillotine, folding, mailing, and benchwork of all orders. Training will be provided for this part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job
  2. Stay up-to-date with all procedures and protocols
  3. Maintain a positive attitude and professional tone at all times
  4. Interact with employees and clients effectively with tact and diplomacy
  5. Maintain confidentiality and handle situations with sensitivity and tact
  6. Provide excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills
  7. Take a proactive approach to work with a keen eye for detail
  8. Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve issues
  9. Develop organizational skills and a methodical approach to dealing with the varied needs of the client
  10. Stay competent in Microsoft Office 365 applications to an intermediate level
  11. Be able to learn quickly and follow core processes
