Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director for Vendor Experience to join our team at Amazon in Sydney. As a key member of our Retail team, you will be responsible for developing and leading programs that improve vendor experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on multiple workstreams covering supplier contact support, education and training materials, and products easing business operations. You will own a roadmap and flex between execution and driving delivery through stakeholders.

In this role, you will keep vendor voice central in Retail business decisions, combining data and anecdotes to identify pain points, prioritise, measure impact and iterate.

You will build and lead the development of a VX roadmap improving vendor experience and clearly communicate this vision to generate buy-in.

About the Role
  • Leadership: Define and develop VX strategy covering short and long term planning
  • Delivery: Develop and own delivery of a multi-year VX roadmap
  • Iterate: Iterate on this with new initiatives and insights each year
  • Reporting: Own reporting and updates of workstream performance and implement actions to bridge performance when required
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with global and local partner teams to generate buy-in on roadmap initiatives, secure capacity, influence and make trade-offs, and deliver product or programmatic solutions
Requirements
  • 6+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
  • Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of professional or military experience
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience owning launch and post launch product processes
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems
  • Experience owning customer experience metric improvement programs/products

Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
