Veterinary Nurse Leader

We are seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team as Head Veterinary Nurse at our Springfield Veterinary Group location.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and skilled Veterinary Nurse to lead and develop a branch within our group. As Head Veterinary Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, including staff management, stock control, and health and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Veterinary Nurses and support staff
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and stock changes
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
- Develop and implement clinical standards and protocols
- Collaborate with the Head Nurse at our Crystal Peaks site
We are looking for an excellent communicator, a team player, self-motivated with a positive attitude, and confident in all areas of general small animal nursing. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate strong leadership and management skills.
