Teaching Professional in History

We are looking for a Teaching Professional in History to join our team at this outstanding secondary school in Nottinghamshire. The ideal candidate will have excellent subject knowledge and teaching skills, as well as the ability to inspire and motivate students.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the history curriculum to students across Key Stages 3-5, as well as contributing to the development of our department. This includes planning and preparing engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve our school's goals.
A formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE) is essential for this role, as is the legal ability to work within the UK. We also require the successful candidate to have excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
