The Technical Lead - Brewing Team is a critical role within the Carlsberg Group. We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to lead the Brewing team in Northampton.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing improvement projects, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of improvement projects, including capital investments, within the area of responsibility.
  • Identify and plan improvement projects, producing CAPEX approval requests and business case support documentation as needed.
  • Critically review maintenance practices, successes, failures, and improvement opportunities to improve cost and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Qualified to HNC level or equivalent in an engineering discipline or significant experience in managing FI activity within an FMCG engineering environment.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to multitask different projects at once.
  • Full UK Driving License.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
