About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Private Client team. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice to a diverse range of clients, managing client and matter files efficiently, and engaging in business development to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality legal advice across a range of issues, including negotiation and drafting of legal documentation
  • Manage client and matter files efficiently, ensuring timely and effective handling of legal proceedings
  • Engage in business development to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and professional contacts
  • Collaborate with experienced partners on complex matters
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Private Client team, handling a broad caseload
  • Strong knowledge of the law relating to Private Client work
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients and professionals
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining complex legal matters clearly
  • Solid organization and time management skills
  • Proven attention to detail and drafting skills
  • IT literacy and a willingness to pioneer system development to build efficiencies
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Commercial approach to financial management and meeting agreed targets
