About the Role

As a Care Professional with Home Instead, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing personalized care and support to help them maintain their independence and quality of life. Our visits are never less than an hour, allowing you to provide quality care without feeling rushed. You will ensure all of your clients are comfortable and safe, enabling them to stay independent in their own homes.

What's In It For You?
  • Competitive Pay: Up to £17.00 per hour, and double-time on Bank Holidays.
  • Travel and Wait Time: £13.50 for your travel and wait time, plus paid mileage.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Work mornings, evenings, weekdays, or weekends - tailor your schedule to suit.
  • Minimum ONE HOUR visits: You are always paid for the FULL hour.
  • Career Pathway: Receive expert training, plus opportunities for additional qualifications and career advancement.
  • Fully-funded qualifications: Earn Level 2, 3, and 5 qualifications.
