Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Companion in London Borough of Hackney or Islington.

This role involves providing companionship, home help, and personal care to our clients, ensuring they receive the highest quality of life. As a Care Companion, you will be responsible for:

  • Building meaningful relationships with our clients, enhancing their mental and emotional well-being.
  • Providing assistance with everyday tasks such as meal preparation, light housework, and accompaniment to appointments.
  • Maintaining accurate records of daily activities and reporting any significant changes in a client's needs or living conditions.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • A willingness to travel to clients' homes, including evenings and weekends.
  • A DBS check completed prior to commencing employment.
