About the Job

We are seeking a caring and reliable Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with our clients in London Borough of Hackney or Islington, providing them with personalized support and companionship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to a positive living environment to enhance a client's quality of life.
  • Document daily activities and report any significant changes in a client's needs or living conditions.
  • Provide companionship, home help, and personal care to our clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with line manager and office staff.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A willingness to travel to clients' homes.
  • A full DBS check is required.
  • No care qualifications or formal experience are necessary, as we provide award-winning training.
  • Prior experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, Health Care Assistant, or caring for a loved one is desirable.
