Job Summary: Egis Group is recruiting a skilled Claims Handler to join our Commercial Department. This exciting opportunity involves managing claims in a commercial environment, collaborating with various teams, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented professional with strong claims handling experience, who can analyze complex situations, identify solutions, and implement effective claims management strategies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external parties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage claims from initiation to closure, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough investigations, gathering relevant evidence and data to inform claims decisions.
  • Collaborate with Commercial teams to develop and implement effective claims management strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, using claims handling IT systems to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, insurers, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on claim status and progression.


Requirements:
The successful candidate will have:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in claims handling, preferably in a commercial environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.


Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including private health insurance, life assurance, and a pension scheme.
