**Geospatial Surveying Opportunity**

Build People is seeking a highly skilled Geospatial Asset Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity will see you working on various rail and road-related projects, conducting PAS128 surveys using techniques such as GPR and Total Stations.

About the Role:

As a Geospatial Asset Manager, you will be responsible for managing geospatial assets, ensuring projects are completed on time and budget. Your excellent communication skills and ability to read and understand drawings will be essential in this role.

You should have a full UK driving licence, CSCS card, and ability to use your initiative and work to deadlines. Experience working with EML/GPR equipment and previous experience working with clients at all levels is also required.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for an experienced Utility Surveyor who can provide top-notch service to our clients. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of CAD and Microsoft Office, and a passion for geospatial surveying, we would love to hear from you.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is £43,000 - £49,000 per annum, depending on relevant experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a fully expensed company vehicle, flexible hybrid / remote working arrangement, and access to industry-specific training and professional accreditation support.
