Fire and Security Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Fire and Security Project Manager to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Fire and Security Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects from design stage to client handover, ensuring they are completed on time, safely, within budget, and to the client's requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain client relationships by delivering high-quality projects that meet deadlines.
  • Work with subcontractors to ensure they adhere to high standards.
  • Ensure the health and safety of employees and others affected by our actions.
  • Provide required information to the service department.
  • Manage job margins and ensure profitability.
Key Skills:
  • High levels of self-motivation and time management.
  • Excellent communication skills with team members and clients.
  • Strong understanding of BS5839:2017 part 1, particularly the placement and location of detection devices and categories.
  • Experience in installing fire alarm systems.
  • Experience in installing IP CCTV and access control systems.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Contract terms and conditions experience.
  • Design responsibility and management.
  • Financial control, including the provision of applications.
  • Project management and delivery of projects to established parameters.
Package:
  • Salary up to £55K.
  • 11% Pension.
  • 10% of salary bonus structure based on delivered project results.
  • Holidays 25 days + Birthday off + 8 Bank Holidays.
