Job Title: Fire and Security Project Manager

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Fire and Security Project Manager to join our team. As a Fire and Security Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing small to medium-sized fire and security projects from design to client handover.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain client relationships by delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Work with subcontractors to ensure they meet high standards and adhere to safety policies.
  • Ensure all required information is available to the service department and that employees and others are safe at all times.
  • Manage labour allocations, planning, and materials to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Meet deadlines and deliver high-end products to clients.
Requirements:
  • High levels of self-motivation and time management.
  • Excellent communication skills with team members and clients.
  • Solid understanding of BS5839:2017 part 1, particularly the placement and location of detection devices and categories.
  • Experience in installing fire alarm systems, IP CCTV, and access control systems.
  • Similar role experience for at least 2 years.
  • Contract Terms and Conditions Experience.
  • Design responsibility and management.
  • Financial control, including the provision of applications.
  • Project management and delivery of projects to established parameters, programme, and quality.
Package:
  • Salary up to £55K.
  • 11% Pension.
  • 10% of salary bonus structure based on delivered project results.
  • Holidays 25 days + Birthday off + 8 Bank Holidays.
  • Sick pay.

  • Pre-paid train travel.
