About the Role

As an Education Safeguarding Trainer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the safety and well-being of children and young people in Warwickshire. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver training programs that equip education practitioners with the knowledge and skills needed to protect children from harm.

You will work closely with internal colleagues and external partners to ensure that your training initiatives align with the Practice and Learning Hub's goals and objectives. This may involve developing new training materials, updating existing content, or collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure that your training programs are current and effective.

The successful candidate will have an estimated salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, and will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, annual leave entitlement, bank holidays, and access to Vivup benefits and discounts platform.
